Yvette –

Yvette is a violinist, vocalist, and improviser residing in Los Angeles. Her career highlights include internationally touring, recording, or performing with independent artists such as Kamasi Washington, Gaby Moreno, Van Dyke Parks, and many more. She has also recorded on numerous TV & film scores as well as collaborated on theater and dance pieces. Her diverse musical interests expand far beyond her Western classical background to include Eastern European folk, Arabic, Americana, experimental, electronic, jazz, and songwriting — all of which come together to create her own distinct musical voice. Yvette often plays in Dart Collective’s String ensemble but can also perform solo or in a wide variety of duo and trio ensembles.
