Russ toured internationally playing bass in new wave outfit Twin Shadow. He moved to LA to continue collaborating with other singers and producers. So far he is licensing his own music for TV, remixing other artists and singing on Trance tracks from Ibiza and Italy.

Russ began DJing while on tour for the sake of entertaining the after party. Soon he was invited to Miami and Toronto to spin art openings. Russ loves to spin 90s R&B, 90s Hip Hop, deep-cut Funk, Disco, Trap, and New Wave. He’s supported artists including Blood Orange, Toro Y Moi, The Knocks, St. Lucia, Miami Horror, Penguin Prison, SZA, Travis Barker and others.

So far Russ has spun at the Ace Hotel, Mama Shelter, Soho House, Perch, No Vacancy, Good Room (NYC), Bardot (Hollywood), Bardot (Miami), The Blind Barber, The Jane Hotel, House of YES, Library Bar, Bar Mattachine, Firefly, Tenants of the Trees, and Le Bain (NYC).
