Noah
Noah Souder-Russo (he/they) is an interdisciplinary artist, DJ, and academic. His work as a musician and DJ has taken him across the United States touring with Grammy nominated artist K.Flay and around the globe including a two-month residency in Tokyo, and shows in South East Asia, Central and South America, and Mexico. A born and raised New Yorker and current Brooklyn resident, Noah’s selections draw from his upbringing in the musical melting pot known as New York City and his travels abroad. With a deep love for disco, Detroit house, and 90s hip hop, his DJ sets weave in everything from Moodymann’s “I Can’t Kick the Feeling When It Hits’ to the Joubert Singer’s “Stand on the Word”.
Noah believes in the immense healing power of music and has devoted his life to sharing in spaces which cultivate that intent. He’s also a writing and recording artist for Flocabulary (Nearpod), a Brooklyn-based organization creating educational hip-hop songs for students K-12. His original music can be found on all streaming platforms.
