Carla hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she developed her initial interest performing live music. Growing up in Tel Aviv, and continuing her journey years later in NYC, she had the opportunity to be exposed to different cultures and frequent a variety of underground venues. Today she resides in Austin, TX, Djing a wide range of music styles from House and Disco to UK Garage and R&B. You can always catch her spinning at several venues around town: Cheer Up Charlie’s, Sahara Lounge, Neon Grotto, Coconut Club and more. Carla has held a DJ monthly residency at Firehouse Lounge in downtown Austin, and has headlined several LGBTQ events like Queerbomb, QueerUp Charlie’s, Lesbian Wedding, Service, and more.

“Music is a big part of my everyday life. It is certainly a powerful tool, not only in the way it allows us to express ourselves, but in the way it can change people’s moods creating different types of environments. It is my favorite activity to ease the mind and heart. My main purpose as a DJ is bringing good feels through the music and getting the crowd to groove and smile. I am always pleased to be given opportunities to play in new and exciting surroundings”.
