George K

George is a Southern California native. While studying Jazz Guitar at USC, George began developing a diverse and eclectic solo repertoire that has expanded over the past decade in both depth and diversity. Centered in folk, rock, blues and Americana, George is often compared vocally to iconic artists such as Paul Simon and James Taylor.

George’s song “Different Worlds” reached #1 in Australia after being featured on The Voice: Australia. With his band King Washington, he toured the country extensively and released 3 studio albums. His voice and guitar playing have been featured on numerous TV shows and movies and is versatile enough to please the most diverse crowds. Favorite artists include: Bob Dylan, Jonny Cash, Paul Simon, Leon Bridges and Steely Dan.
